Hubble Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how your data and information may be collected, used, and protected. This Privacy Policy may be updated by Hubble Financial from time to time. Changes to this Privacy Policy will be reflected on the Website and email notifications will be sent to our Customers (i.e., subscribed user).

Notice and Choice

We collect Personal Information, Non-Personal Information, and Public Information.

We collect Personal Information when you provide it to us, for example by creating an account. We may ask for your email address if you wish to be notified when listings have changed, for confirmation emails, authenticating your account, and other reasons including instances in which you have requested specific information or updates.

We do not share the Personal Information you provide to us with third parties except as provided for in this Privacy Policy. We do provide Personal Information to our vendors or others who are acting to fulfill the services we provide. For example, servers we use to host our website and store information may be managed by other vendors. Another example may include the payment processing vendor used to process and store users account payment information. This Personal Information will only be used for the purposes of creating and maintaining an account with Hubble Financial. This information will never be sold, redistributed, or presented to any other third party or non-interested party that is not material to the agreement between the Customer and Hubble Financial.

We collect Public Information when we assemble information from publicly accessible databases in order to help you find services or conduct research.

We collect Non-Personal Information such as web-logs to help us to diagnose problems and improve the services to our customers. Hubble may use cookies, web beacons, and other web tracking technologies to understand site usage so that we may optimize the experience of our users. Furthermore, emails we send may contain a web beacon that allows us to understand the time and date of when a user has opened an email and when he or she has used a link within an email to visit a website. We use third-party vendors, including Google, for analytics when you visit one of our websites and Constant Contacts to managed email distributions. No user generated content including searches, notes, or saved leads will be made public or shared with other Customers or non-interested third parties. If you click on a link to learn more about a third-party published in any of our services, any information you may provide to such third parties will be subject to their Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently received personal information from a person under the age of 13, we will make every attempt to remove that data.

Handling Personal and Non-Personal Information

Hubble Financial does not sell, distribute, or share personal and non-personal information from our Customers or website visitors. This includes third party advertisers or other third parties that may have commercial interest in your personal and non-personal information.

Advertising

At this time, Hubble Financial does not allow third-party advertisers to advertise content on the Website and Application. As such, no third party advertiser will have access, see, or share your personal and non-personal information.

Access

Registered users can access and update their account information via links accessible in the Application. If you have created an account with us and wish to delete it, you may do so by selecting the Delete Account option at the bottom of your account settings page.

Third Parties

We may disclose information about our users if required to do so by law or when such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. We may also disclose information about our users when we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms of Use Agreement; respond to claims that any Listing or other content violates the rights of third-parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of us, our users, or the general public at large.
